機器特點
● 本機是(shi)用于專業級硬質(zhi)合金圓鋸片(pian)前角(jiao)研磨(mo)的專用設備。
● 采用(yong)歐姆(mu)龍(long)PLC、三菱伺服(fu)電機(ji)實現(xian)自動微量進(jin)刀,進(jin)刀量可設定，研磨精度高(gao)，砂(sha)輪(lun)損耗低(di)。
● 能一次(ci)性完成(cheng)所有齒(chi)(chi)形的磨削：包括左(zuo)右齒(chi)(chi)、左(zuo)右平(ping)、左(zuo)右左(zuo)右平(ping)、單斜齒(chi)(chi)、N左(zuo)M右等各種齒(chi)(chi)形的一次(ci)性研磨。
● 左(zuo)(zuo)右(you)齒程(cheng)序進行優化設計，先將左(zuo)(zuo)齒全部磨(mo)(mo)完，再磨(mo)(mo)右(you)齒，減少磨(mo)(mo)頭翻轉時間，提高機械的穩(wen)定性，同時也提高了(le)工(gong)效。
● 砂輪(lun)(lun)可(ke)實(shi)現左右齒自動(dong)補償，保證了左右齒的(de)等(deng)高，也實(shi)現砂輪(lun)(lun)磨損的(de)自動(dong)補償功能，不(bu)需手動(dong)進刀，保證了產品(pin)的(de)精度一(yi)致(zhi)性。
